It is with deep regret that we are now no longer able to ship outside the UK (excludes Northern Ireland) at this time. We hope that we can change this in the future.
DELIVERY & CHARGES
Once manufactured, all Optilabs prescription glasses and sunglasses are wrapped and carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in pristine condition. Our on-site factory means that most prescription glasses can be made and shipped to you within 14 working days – often it’s much quicker. Please note: There is currently an approximately 15 working day lead time on our extra-thin Transitions Drivewear® lenses. This does not affect standard Drivewear® lenses.
We want you to enjoy wearing your glasses or sunglasses and because of this we offer our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally happy with your glasses or lenses we will offer a full refund. We would kindly ask you to get in touch if you have any problems and we will do our best to resolve them.
Optilabs offer two delivery options to the customers in the UK. Please note our express service (Royal Mail Special Delivery) guarantees delivery on 1-2 working days AFTER dispatch and will require a signature. Regretfully cannot ship outside the UK at this time.
