We are open!

To all our customers,

I hope that you are safe and well. Please be aware that we will be open as usual throughout the Covid19 lockdowns and restrictions. This is because we provide essential NHS optical services.

If you have any eyewear queries, please email us using the form on our contact page or call us on 020 8686 5708. We have staff on hand that can answer any questions.

We are able to continue processing orders, reglazing lenses and despatching frame sample service requests within our normal time. However, as the postal service is still under huge pressure, deliveries from Optilabs may take a little longer to get to you. Please be patient.

If you need to visit us, our showroom is open for essential eye care needs, routine eye tests and everyday glasses. Eye tests are by appointment only so, please phone us on 020 8686 5708 if you would like to book one.

We are open 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note: we are currently closed on Saturdays but we hope that we can change this very soon.

Please be assured that your health and well-being, as well as that our our staff, is our top priority during the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic. All Optilabs staff are equipped with the necessary PPE, and our opticians wear enhanced PPE that conforms to the recommendations of our governing bodies. To ensure social distancing, we are monitoring and restricting the number of customers in the showroom at any one time. We also have a rigorous disinfection routine in place throughout the day. Please wear a face covering  when visiting us. You will be offered disposable gloves if you would like to wear them.
